Building Critical Thinking Skills

Long-term investigations encourage critical thinking in math, science, literacy, and social and emotional skills. We integrate these skills through authentic real world experiences.

Full Day Educational Services

Union Public Schools has partnered with Community Action Project-Tulsa County (CAPTC) to provide an early childhood program. This partnership provides full day educational services at Rosa Park Early Childhood Education Center for Union families with children who turn three by September 1.  Both educational programs require that you live in the Union School district and that you qualify via income for program entrance.

School Environment

Low-level lighting and thoughtful presentation and placement of open-ended authentic materials are just a few of the aspects that shape the environment of our school.

The last day of school for Union Public Schools will be Friday, May 23.

The Union Board of Education approved the change along with other schedule changes – including using three built-in snow days and adding 16 additional minutes to the school day beginning March 24 – in order to make up lost instruction due to the six days students missed school due to inclement winter weather.
